RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
- Conducting personnel records for several companies (total number of employees is 60 people)
- Registration of residence permits and health insurance for foreign employees
- Onboarding and adaptation of employees
- Registration of new employees, conduction of transfers and dismissals
- Maintaining a vacation schedule
- Keeping logs on occupational safety and health
- Development of general forms, organizational guidelines, and job descriptions
- Maintaining work schedules

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing, developing, and supporting games for both desktop and mobile browsers
- Taking part in the development of games, tools, and engines
- Monitoring and improving development processes
- Bringing life to the game using graphics, animation, and audio effects
- 3+ years of experience in developing game projects (GameDev or iGaming)
- Proven experience in taking projects from prototype to final production
- Deep understanding of TypeScript and Generic
- Practical skills in writing clean code that is easy to maintain
- Experience with Pixi.js (+ optionally Phaser, Three.js, etc.) and Spine
- Deep understanding of the principles of client-server interaction
- Knowledge of design patterns and ability to adapt to existing development principles
- Experience with game engines and experience creating your own engine is a plus
- Understanding of the Entity Component System (ECS) architectural pattern is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a team of over 10 developers: hiring and onboarding, planning and organizing work, monitoring, and motivation.
- Participating in the development of internal practices, processes, and tools.
- Involving the development's technical solutions: CI/CD, code review, and architecture development.
- Developing product development strategy.
- Ensuring cross-functional collaboration between the development department, ART department, product department, and other departments, assessing and shaping customer expectations.
- Experience in a similar position in a product company or gamedev studio.
- Experience with the technology stack: JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js — mandatory, Gо — is a plus.
- Understanding of developing modern cloud solutions for highly loaded projects.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team.
- High skills at monitoring team business metrics and responding to changes; iterative improvement of processes within the team.
- Experience and application of Agile methodologies in software development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manual testing of company's products;
- Creating test cases and maintaining them up to date;
- Analyzing test launch results;
- Detecting, documenting, and tracking errors in the bug tracker;
- Identifying weak points in the product and testing product quality;
- Improving existing testing processes.
- 1+ year of experience in manual testing of gaming projects;
- Experience in preparing testing documentation (error reports, test cases, checklists);
- Experience in testing web applications, basic knowledge of layout design;
- Knowledge of HTTP protocol terms: GET/POST, URL, status code, headers, cookies, etc.;
- Confident use of DevTools, understanding where the errors' locations (backend/frontend);
- Experience using Postman for API testing;
- Experience using tools for working with logs, such as Grafan
