CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and optimize game mechanics to enhance player engagement and retention
- Design and create descriptions of settings, atmospheres, and backgrounds for game slots to build a unique and appealing world for players
- Analyze data, statistics, and key metrics to identify potential improvements and areas for implementing new features
- Adjust game mathematics to ensure balanced gameplay for all participants
- Collaborate with teams of developers, artists, and marketers to ensure effective communication and joint work on the project
- Create and maintain up-to-date design documents, concept documents, and rules to ensure consistency and Understanding across the entire project team
- Monitor competitors' slot games to identify trends, successful practices, and opportunities to improve our slot games
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer in iGaming
- Knowledge of key gaming metrics (applicable in the iGaming sector)
- Awareness of global slot game market trends, new game releases, and publications on industry-specific resources
- Understanding of core mechanics, monetization principles, and user retention strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Technical knowledge of English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consulting on the features of various areas of the iGaming business
- Ensuring compliance of the iGaming business with regulatory requirements, including regulatory requirements, AML, GDPR, Compliance, advertising legislation, etc.
- Registration of trademarks in the EU, UK, USA (Madrid Protocol)
- Obtaining licenses and permits (Curacao, Malta, UK, and other jurisdictions), game certification, obtaining RNG certificates
- Optimization and payment of taxes in the iGaming business
- Preparation and support of concluding licensing agreements with game providers, gaming platforms, agreements with marketing partners (affiliates), White Label and Turn Key agreements
- Working out claims and resolving controversial issues with partners
- Solving other legal and financial issues related to the iGaming industry
- English — C1 + (oral and written fluency and professional vocabulary)
- Higher legal education
- Experience in working with intellectual property;
- Knowledge of the legislation of Curacao, Malta, the EU, and other jurisdictions of presence in areas adjacent to iGaming (intellectual property, taxation, financial, civil and administrative law)
- Experience with licensing agreements, agreements for the transfer of exclusive rights
- Experience in working with non-residents in terms of registering companies abroad, maintaining regular reporting of companies, opening bank accounts, connecting to payment systems, obtaining permits, etc.
- Experience in negotiating with clients and contractors, supporting the conclusion of contracts
- An analytical mindset, result-oriented and stress-resistant
- Literacy, punctuality, autonomy, developed skills of practical risk assessment and management
- Experience in Gamedev or iGaming is a plus
- Experience in registering trademarks in the EU, UK, USA (Madrid Protocol), and China is a plus

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- 1+ years of experience in iGaming or similar industry
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Experience with setting the tasks for designers
- Unbreakable literacy and feeling of the texts
- Creative, positive, and proactive approach
